Accessing Your Personalized Code
Each employee given a yearly allowance should have received an email with a personalized code to use for purchases. If the email was not received here’s what to do:
- Go to the My Account page and create an account using ONLY your Whelen employee email address.
- Once logged in you will be taken to your Account Dashboard.
- Click the tab labeled “Coupons” on the list to the left of the screen.
- On this page you will see your personalized code and the amount remaining after every use.
You do not have to go to your account dashboard to access your code every time you place an order. You are given the option to log in to your account on the Cart & Check Out pages. Once logged in your personalized code becomes visible on both pages. Click your code and it will automatically be applied to your order.
*Important Note: Even though you are logged in to your account, you must use your Whelen employee email address during checkout. That is the email address your code and funds are attached to. If you attempt to use any other email your code will be removed and a message will pop up stating: “This coupon does not belong to you and has been removed from your order.”
What to do When You’ve Used Your Allowance Before the End of the Year
In the event that you have used all of your yearly allowance, or don’t have enough remaining funds to complete a needed purchase, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- First and Last name
- Your Whelen email address
- If you have no funds remaining–OR–You do not have enough funds to complete your purchase
Once your request has been received, you will be sent a new code and the email address to use during check out for the code to work. Additional instructions will be included for all employees using the remainder of their allowance in conjunction with the new code.
